Shipping Information

At Barclay Archive, we ship worldwide from our international distribution centre. All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping — $9.99 NZD
  Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
• Express Shipping — $14.99 NZD
  Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices. Barclay Archive has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@barclayarchive.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
